DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Healthy Leaf ships to addresses within Malta. 

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Healthy Leaf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Healthy Leaf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

We currently do not ship outside Malta.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and seals attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@healthyleafmalta.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
