Oat Apple Crumble

As the weather is slowly getting cooler, we crave warmer and heartier food. This healthy oat and apple bake hits the perfect spot for those winter night cravings.

Heres what you'll need:


Bottom layer

3 apples

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey / maple syrup

2 tablespoons raisins ( Optional )

1/2 cup water

  • Start off by dicing the apples. There is no need to peel them. This is up to your preference.

  • Place the apples in a baking tray and add the rest of the ingredients over the apples.

  • Mix and place aside to start off the crumble layer.





Crumble layer

1 & 1/2 cups oats

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey / maple syrup

3/4 cup water

  • Mix all the crumble ingredients together until it turns into a thick mixture.

  • Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apples.

  • Place into a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes / until the topping is golden.

You can enjoy it as it is or served with some yogurt. ENJOY 😊
