Chocolate Chip Cookies

The ULTIMATE 20 minute cookie recipe!


Any Cookie Lovers here? This recipe is for you! And yesssss, it's unbelievable that they're healthy. Try them and you'll see. Crunchy edges, chocolate chunk surprises - bring out that cold glass of milk, let's get Dunking!

Heres what you'll need to get started

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

- 1 cup white spelt flour

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 spoons honey / maple syrup

- 2 spoons coconut oil

💥Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

💥Start off by adding the dry ingredients in one bowl. Add in the milk followed by the oil. Mix will until all the mixture is incorporated.

💥Oil a baking tray so the mixture does not stick.

💥Scoop out the mixture and transfer to baking tray. Form into cookies.

💥Bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.
