CHOCO DONUTS!

If you're used to the style of baking I do, I add OATS to everything ! They're incredibly nutritious, packed with important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. So of course, I had to add them to my homemade BAKED DONUTS and it's safe to say... They're insanely delicious.



Here is what you'll need:


3 cups oats

2 spoons cacao powder

1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup coconut oil

3 spoons honey or maple syrup

1 cup milk ( I used oat milk )


  1. Start off by preheating the oven at 180 degrees

  2. Blend the oats into a fine flour

  3. To the oat flour, add in the dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Follow with wet ingredients and incorporate.

  5. Oil your baking tray before transferring the mixture. If you do not have a donut tray use any other baking tray.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

  7. Once they cooled down, I melted chocolate and used that as a topping. You can add any toppings you like.
